The Role

As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

You'll work alongside our Head of Digital & Performance and the wider team to build, monitor, optimise and report on campaigns for a diverse range of clients, from automotive and retail to fashion, lifestyle and B2B.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, while receiving the mentorship and support needed to continue growing your skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make optimisation recommendations.
  • Assist with media planning and budget allocation.
  • Prepare client performance reports and extract meaningful insights.
  • Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
  • Test creative, copy and targeting variations.
  • Support conversion tracking and campaign measurement.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and account teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new features and industry trends.
  • Explore AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years' experience running paid media campaigns.
  • Agency experience is highly advantageous.
  • Experience building, managing and reporting on live campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and time management.
  • A genuine desire to learn and continuously improve.

Technical Skills

You should have working experience with:

  • Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (advantageous)
  • Looker Studio
  • Google Keyword Planner
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Experience with the following would be highly advantageous:

  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
  • Google Merchant Center
  • Meta Events Manager
  • Conversion tracking implementation
  • UTM tracking
  • CRM integrations
  • ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
  • Supermetrics or other reporting platforms

Google Ads and Meta certifications will be viewed favourably.

Bonus Points

Not essential, but we'd love to see experience with:

  • Automotive campaigns.
  • Lead generation campaigns.
  • eCommerce advertising.
  • Google Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns.
  • Basic SEO understanding.
  • Landing page optimisation.
  • A/B testing.
  • Basic copywriting or creative briefing.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
