Strategy

For brands trying to be remembered in a category that all sounds the same.

Most brand strategy fails because it's written to be admired, not used. We work the brief until we find the angle the category hasn't said yet, the one that's true, useful, and worth backing, then we write it down so the rest of the team can build against it. Strategy you can read in a sentence, defend in a boardroom, and act on by Monday.

Creative

For brands that have stopped being noticed, or never were.

The hardest job in marketing is being remembered. Most work isn't, and most agencies have made peace with that. We haven't. Identities, campaigns, films, and the ideas underneath them, work that wins awards because it worked, not the other way round. Made by writers, designers, directors and strategists who argue in the same room and ship as one.

Performance

For marketing budgets that have to defend themselves.

This is where we make our loudest claim, so we'll be specific. We run paid media across search, social, and programmatic and consistently beat category benchmarks on CPL, CPA, lead quality and Quality Score. Run by operators who've managed real budgets across hard categories. Dashboards we'll open in front of you. Numbers your sales team can sell against.

Production

For ideas that need to land in the world, not the deck.

The bit between an approved idea and a shipped piece of work is where most agencies quietly miss the deadline, the spec, or the point. We built our production layer to close that gap. Film, photography, web design and development, and the always-on content engine that keeps a brand fed. In-house where it's faster, partnered with the best when it's better.

The Questions People Actually Ask.

Real questions, short answers. If yours isn't here, ask it in the form.

01.

What does "full-service" mean for TwoMedia?

Strategy, creative, paid media and production under one roof, run by senior people. You brief once, and the same team carries the work from idea to shipped, no handoffs between agencies that don't talk.

02.

How do you price your work?

Three ways: project fee for defined scopes, monthly retainer for ongoing work, or performance-linked where it makes sense. We'll recommend the right one in the first conversation, before any contract.

03.

Where are you based and where do you work?

Studios in Cape Town and London. Clients in South Africa, the UK, Europe, the US and the Middle East. In-person where it adds value, remote where it doesn't.

04.

What size of brand do you work with?

Founders running a Series A through to listed multinationals. The common thread isn't size, it's ambition. We work best with people who want to grow and want a partner that says what it means in week one.

05.

How do I choose a digital marketing agency in Cape Town?

Look at three things: who'll actually run the work, whether they show real results from real clients, and whether they tell you what they'd change in the first meeting. The rest is marketing.

06.

What does a branding agency actually do, is it worth the investment?

A good one defines why people should choose you over the competitor next to you, then makes that reason visible in everything you ship. Worth it when growth is plateauing or the category has shifted.

07.

How much does brand identity design cost in South Africa?

Anywhere from R150k for a focused identity refresh to R1m+ for a full strategic rebrand with system, guidelines and rollout. The honest answer depends on scope. We'll quote against a defined brief, not a guess.

08.

Signs my brand needs a refresh, not just a new logo?

Sales conversations have got harder. The category has shifted and you haven't. The website embarrasses you. Internal teams describe the brand differently. New competitors look better than you. Any two of those: it's time.

09.

Can I just hire you for paid media?

Yes. Performance is a standalone offer and many clients start there. We'll audit your accounts, show you what we'd change, and quote against a measurable target. If we're a fit, we scale; if not, you keep the audit.

10.

How do you generate leads for B2B / SaaS / financial services?

Strategy first: who's actually buying, and what makes them move. Then paid search and social against that audience, conversion-rate work on the landing pages, and a measurement layer that proves what's working monthly.

11.

How do you measure success?

On the metric we agreed on day one. Brand work gets brand metrics, performance gets performance metrics, most engagements get both. We open the dashboard, share the math, and report monthly.

12.

Why is our paid media not delivering anymore?

Usually one of four things: the audience has shifted, the creative has fatigued, the landing page is leaking, or the targeting was never right. We audit all four before we touch anything.
