At TwoMedia, design touches everything. Brand identities. Campaigns. Social content. Websites. Presentations. Motion. Advertising. Sometimes you'll be building a visual identity from the ground up. Other times you'll be solving a communications problem with one simple idea.

We're looking for someone who loves the craft, but never hides behind it.

Someone who's as comfortable discussing strategy as they are typography. Someone who knows when to push an idea further, when to simplify it, and when to challenge the brief altogether.

The Role

As a Senior Designer, you'll play a leading role in shaping the creative output of the agency.

You'll work closely with strategists, copywriters, motion designers, digital specialists and account directors to create work that is thoughtful, commercially effective and beautifully executed.

You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery, mentor more junior creatives where needed, and help maintain the creative standard that defines TwoMedia.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems just as much as crafting visuals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Design brand identities and visual systems.
  • Lead the design of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create social, digital, print and outdoor advertising.
  • Design websites, landing pages and digital experiences.
  • Produce presentations and pitch documents that communicate ideas beautifully.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists from the earliest stages of concept development.
  • Work alongside motion designers to extend creative into animation and film.
  • Prepare artwork and assets for both digital and print production.
  • Explore AI-powered creative workflows that improve efficiency without compromising creativity.
  • Help mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the creative team.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' experience within a creative or integrated agency.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking as well as exceptional craft.
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising and integrated campaign development.
  • Excellent typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Confidence presenting creative work and explaining design decisions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

Technical Skills

You should be highly proficient in:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Figma

Experience with the following would be highly advantageous:

  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Lightroom
  • Midjourney
  • ChatGPT
  • Adobe Firefly
  • Leonardo AI
  • Runway
  • Canva (for collaborative client workflows where appropriate)
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding
  • UX/UI principles
  • Print production and prepress
  • Packaging design
  • Presentation design (Google Slides, Keynote or PowerPoint)

Bonus Points

Not essential, but we'd love to see experience with:

  • Automotive brands
  • Luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Large campaign development
  • Brand strategy
  • Motion design
  • Photography or art direction
  • Directing shoots
  • AI image generation and creative production
  • Storyboarding
  • Environmental or experiential design
